Tex Mex in Baltimore

  Now there's no shortage of tex mex food in Baltimore, but there is a difference between good tex mex and great tex mex food. Recently my fiance took me to Carolina's Tex Mex in fells point on Broadway street. I'm not a big margarita drinker but they had the best frozen margarita I've ever had. The cheese pupusas were awesome and the tacos al pastor were to die for. It is a family run restaurant and the staff made you feel like you were part of the family.
